Kymberly Rowles is the most efficient, professional and caring Mortgage Broker I've ever dealt with. My husband and I were selling 2 investments as well as purchasing a property at the same time, which was extremely stressful managing 3 sales at one. Kymberly was there to answer any question I had and provided the appropriate advice and guidance to keep all 3 sales moving. She contacted numerous parties on my behalf (real estates, conveyancers, lawyers) and made everything happen in a timely manner. She is extremely professional and made the process seamless. You really cannot ask for more from her as she's super proactive and goes above and beyond any Mortgage Broker I've dealt with in the past. Her care doesn't end at settlement, Kymberly also follow ups after settlement checking to see everything is correct and ok. I highly recommend Broad Finance and Kymberly Rowles specifically. Kym is hands down the best mortgage broker I’ve ever worked with and someone I recommended her to all my family and friends. Fast, patient and always willing to clearly explain the complex numbers or concepts of a purchase or refinance. In the past, with other brokers often we were on different wave lengths, either me chasing them for estimates or they chasing us to go with a certain lender. But with Kym, you really feel that you have someone in your corner with your best interests at heart. Additionally in my recent purchase of a home, my conveyancer also commented she was the best broker he’s worked with which also speaks volumes. Highly recommend, Kym!

I've never purchased a car privately, but Bree made the whole process so easy. I spoke with 3 other brokers and Bree found the cheapest rate with repayments $100 cheaper than anyone else. Furthermore, after the seller accepted my offer she made contact and requested the documents she needed.
