Kymberly Rowles is the most efficient, professional and caring Mortgage Broker I've ever dealt with. My husband and I were selling 2 investments as well as purchasing a property at the same time, which was extremely stressful managing 3 sales at one. Kymberly was there to answer any question I had and provided the appropriate advice and guidance to keep all 3 sales moving. She contacted numerous parties on my behalf (real estates, conveyancers, lawyers) and made everything happen in a timely manner. She is extremely professional and made the process seamless. Kym is hands down the best mortgage broker I’ve ever worked with and someone I recommended her to all my family and friends. Fast, patient and always willing to clearly explain the complex numbers or concepts of a purchase or refinance. In the past, with other brokers often we were on different wave lengths, either me chasing them for estimates or they chasing us to go with a certain lender. But with Kym, you really feel that you have someone in your corner with your best interests at heart.
